Sandwell Valley Country park, bottom car park, i think its called Forge Mill or something like that. went there again the other day and repeated the experience

Is this a Gay dogging site or not please,i am not too far away from Sandwell Valley,and also is it the Car park with those stupid Pyramid shaped Bollards at the Entrance aswell.
What time is it best to go and visit then????????????
